24-hour no-questions refund, on top of the guarantees Australian Consumer Law gives you, which we never remove.

Once the cooling-off window ends, a paid seal is normally final because the permanent storage, artifact generation, delivery work, and product lock have begun. This does not limit any remedy you have when a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

If the second person has not signed after 14 days, the buyer may request the offered refund or convert the purchase into a Capsule.

Reply to your receipt email with the order number. We use the payment provider’s original payment method for approved refunds.
