Love Future You offers one-off digital products: future-delivery Capsules, public Monument tiles, two-party Swears, and bundle credits. There are no customer accounts.

A sealed Capsule cannot be opened early. Its unlock date may move later, never earlier. A live Monument word cannot be edited. A Swear cannot be edited or deleted by either party after both sign. We may remove public content for hate, threats, spam, doxxing, impersonation, illegality, or platform abuse.

“Built to last” describes our published continuity architecture, not a claim that one company or provider is immortal. Read How your words outlive us for the exact safeguards and limitations.

Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for checkout and applicable transaction taxes. Our refund policy is incorporated into these terms. Australian Consumer Law rights always continue to apply.

You must have the right to submit the words, messages, media, names, and email addresses you provide. Do not submit illegal material, intimate material without consent, threats, harassment, or another person’s sensitive information without a lawful reason.

If we fail to provide a service with due care or the product is not fit for its stated purpose, available remedies are determined by applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law.
